Glucroft Investigations also wanted to integrate with Filevine to make it even easier on their clients by offering a two-way sync between Filevine and the Glucroft Application.

Samuraitix, a Ticketmaster owned product, is a ticketing management system that streamlines the process of inventory management, real-time, and guest list related sales. The product had a large backlog and needed a partner to step-in to help establish structure, introduce new processes, add fresh development resources and quality checks. Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital (MWPH) is a leader in pediatric care for the Baltimore, MD area and is proudly affiliated with the University of Maryland Medical System and Johns Hopkins Medicine. Their collective mission is to improve the health and well-being of all children who are ill, injured or in need of help. With hundreds of staff members to keep informed, the hospital Marketing department uses a Company Intranet site to provide relevant hospital news, upcoming events, HR documents, and other information for their staff. However, their previous Intranet was outdated, difficult to use, and did not have the content management tools necessary for the Marketing team to be self-sufficient.

World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is an international NGO with a mission to conserve nature. WWF has partnered with Fuel Digital to work with their ReSource: Plastic team on a web tool that allows members to upload and report on plastic usage year over year. The ReSource Footprint Tracker project is part of a larger WWF vision for “No Plastic in Nature by 2030.”

Brother International Corporation is a world-renowned company that produces printers and other office equipment, sewing machines, gearmotors, and more. In addition to their B2C commerce business, Brother also has a robust B2B business that supplies machines and parts directly to other businesses. But their B2B business is split up between seven different homegrown commerce platforms. Fuel was engaged along with our partners at RDA Corp, to discuss a solution to unify each business division under a single B2B platform that could support their unique workflows. 

Fuel Digital partnered with MirrorShow, a leader in customized trade show exhibits, to create interactive data visualization experiences for PepsiCo at the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) 2018 and 2019 trade shows. PepsiCo has robust customer data but needed new and interesting ways to present their insights to convenience store owners. Our team combined interface design with complex data to create multiple touchscreen experiences for one of PepsiCo’s biggest conferences of the year.

AMF Bakery Systems and Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) are both world leaders in innovative bakery automation solutions. Based in Richmond, VA and Robesonia, PA respectively, they supply state-of-the-art commercial baking equipment across the globe. The AMF and RBS sales teams struggled with cumbersome sales portals that were challenging to manage, often outdated, and unavailable when connectivity was limited in the field. In order to accommodate both companies’ unique requirements, Fuel Digital developed a universal sales portal, offering extensive theming capabilities that make it easily adaptable for individual needs.

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is a leading health and human services management company with over 30 years of experience in staffing and program management. Liberty offers a wide variety of services and solutions, but their marketing website did not effectively communicate their brand and capabilities. Fuel Digital redesigned and replatformed LibertyHealthcare.com to ensure a simple and effective digital experience. The team conducted workshops with company leadership and formed a multi-phase roadmap outlining short and long-term goals for Liberty’s digital presence.

Massanutten is an all-season adventure resort in Virginia. Guests often had trouble navigating the 6,000 acre property and the staff struggled to communicate a massive list of amenities and activities available on any given day. Our team partnered with Massanutten to design and create a mobile application dedicated to effectively disseminating information, driving sales, and supporting customer service.

CollegeWeekends.com connects alumni, fans, parents of students and other travelers with short-term lodging and vacation rentals in college towns across the country. Their goal is to help visitors rent short-term lodging and maximize their college town visit experience. Their platform no longer supported this goal due to a cumbersome web experience and transactions occurring entirely offline. Fuel Digital supported the CollegeWeekends.com relaunch from beginning to end. Our team worked with stakeholders and users to define key features and functionality for the new platform.

Filevine is a cloud-based case management software for legal practices, allowing users access to files and client data from anywhere. Filevine reached out to Fuel Digital to build integrations between its core case management platform and it’s users’ other business-critical systems. Our team assesses the needs of Filevine clients to determine the most efficient and cost-effective integration solution. For more straightforward systems, we utilize Zapier to create data connections across environments. When the need is more complex, we utilize Workato or create custom integrations to ensure that the solution delivers exactly what our client needs.

The Shenandoah Valley Tourism Partnership is a group of regional communities in Virginia spanning from Winchester to Lexington and Buena Vista. Their collective mission is to promote tourism in the Shenandoah Valley area and support the local economies. Our team partnered with SVTP and Cure Design to reimagine the online experience of SVTP’s website and build something that showcased the unique attractions that make the Valley a global travel destination.

CapCenter traditionally provided home mortgages and recently expanded its services into real estate. Fuel Digital fulfilled the role of client owner, project manager, and application development to support this new line of business. Initial efforts were focused on CapCenter’s public site with a React front end supported by .NET services and business logic. Work included enhancements to the loan calculator tool, loan selectors, rate comparisons, and more.
